This position supervises :Commercial Officer

Purpose Of Job:

Management of all finance, accounting functions, purchasing, liaisons with the financial institutions, banking, insurance, audits, taxes, local laws and regulations and several other financial and administrative functions.

1Planning & Preparation of all kind of payments.

2Preparation of TDS, Service Tax & VAT Return.

3Calculation of Statutory dues & On time payment of the same.

4Entry of all kind of bills in the system & maintaining the record of same.

5Management of all insurance policies.

6Preparation of Monthly Financial MIS

7Management of payroll of company staff.

8Liasoning with local government bodies related to TDS/VAT/Excise

9Personal tax computation issuing Form 16 for employees.

10Banking relationship management

11Monitoring and controlling cash flow/deposit management.

12Co-ordination of import-export formalities.

13Getting books of accounts audited within time.

Fiscal responsibility / company property being managed by this position

1Preparation of Annual budget & Forecast.

2Cash Management

3ECP- Co-ordination of Foreign Exchange

4Issuing of form C to vendors.

Working Experience In YearsMinimum 6+

Type Of Experience Required: Experience of handling medium scale industry preferably exposure of global/international transactions.

 Exposure of working in ISO system.
Certification/Registration Required For this position to perform jobCA certification
What special training needed to perform this jobForex/Book Keeping/Taxation and foreign transactions/ CS matters.

Knowledge required to perform this job

1Knowledge of Statutory Taxation.
2FOREX related knowledge, FERA regulations.
3Updated knowledge of Accounting and Taxation rules & Regulations.
4Knowledge of company adopted softwares (SAP/ERP/Tally 9)
