Partner with all fields of the go-to-market team to drive growth and sales excellence by providing world class sale tools, techniques and customer connection strategies. Melbourne or Sydney based.

Do you have a flare for connecting with customers, delivering solutions they never knew they needed? Mimecast needs you to coach our go-to-market teams in leading sales practices, strategies and techniques that will unlock their uncapped potential!

The Sales Enablement Manager collaborates with all areas of the Mimecast business to develop resources, tools and processes that will support our sales teams to successfully sell our products and services.

Working closely with senior leaders across all functions, you will play a crucial role in guiding our GTM teams through Mimecast’s growth plans, preparing them for emerging trends and industry change. You will do this by leading GTM training activities, including but not limited to: new hire training and on-boarding, field sales meetings, annual sales kick-off and regional/Revenue team training. You will also align revenue enablement activities with key internal and external events, such as new product releases, GTM campaigns, and essential industry tradeshows.

To be successful in this role, you will have a strong background in sales, product marketing, or sales enablement/training, preferably in the high-tech industry. In addition, you must possess the following skills and experience:

  • Experience in training and/or enablement with a demonstrated track record of successfully executing sales training and enablement programs.
  • Experience using sales or customer management tools such as SFDC, sales enablement automation technology, marketing technology such as Salesloft, Leadspace, and Microsoft Office products.
  • Experience enabling vendors sales teams sell to and with partners in order to maximise revenue opportunities
  • Experience working with a vendor who delivers services via multiple routes to market
  • Diplomacy, integrity, and presence that enables you to work effectively with a wide range of personalities at all levels within the organization, and an understanding of what motivates your revenue customer.
  • High energy with a “can do” attitude, a positive demeanour, a sense of purpose, and the ability to have fun and contribute to the Mimecast culture
