This role is part of the HR Information & Technology organization within HR Information & Analytics. Seeking a Workday experienced resource with talents in the security, data privacy, reporting and collaboration areas.
This role will provide (in collaboration with Solution train -Security team) day-to-day global operational support to the Workday Security Solution and Product owner.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to: Functional support of current security solution, issue management, bug investigation, work item (Product Backlog Item. Feature, Bug) creation, testing and managing work items, design, workflow, reviewing/approving security requests as part of Central Security Team, working with functional teams to capture security requirements and translating those into written requirements for configuration and testing. Supporting Security Guru’s and helping to manage Workday’s Security Teams channel by responding to questions and providing guidance.
Manage change to Core HR applications
Support implementation of enhancements to functionality, technology, interfaces, reports etc. for Workday Core HCM. Prioritization, Design, Test (UAT, regression, rekey) and implementation within releases.
Coordinate with Solution train teams for developing recommendations for prioritization and resolution of errors and other system investigations
Develop UAT test scripts, scenarios, and data for testing of fixes / enhancements
Collaborate with business process admin and functional admin team members throughout full life cycle of design and testing
Execute testing process including coordinating appropriate testing resources, as needed, from user groups impacted
Document UAT test results of fixes / enhancements and sign off for the release
Support Workday semi-annual major release
Support Business Operations
Lead functional / technical support for current Core HR configuration within broader Accenture Business Operations support model
Point of escalation for Local Core HR Lead Users / Accenture Operations to contact when Core HR incident requiring attention
Monitor and respond to ServiceNow incident tickets (P1 – P4) assigned to Workday Security and HR Admin and monitor progress
Work with Solution train teams and broader integrated process/technical landscape to resolve issues
Drive the coordination effort and prioritization on near breach and pending incidents Participate in Core HR security design and participation in regular Security Audits as required
Collaborate across Accenture functional teams
Escalation POC for Workday’s Security Guru user network
Respond to advanced functional queries raised for security
Maintain 2-way communications with the geographic Workday core users through multiple channels (Accenture support tickets, emails, calls, formal communications, SharePoint, etc.)
Enhance and maintain Workday Security training/reference materials as required
Act as SME for cross functional activities that involve HR within the broader application and process landscape interacting with Recruiting, V&A, Resource Forecasting, HR Reporting, Business Data Architecture, Finance and T&E etc.
