As a Senior Change Manager at NTT, you will play a key role in ensuring that we deliver on the agreements as outlined by the client's contract, and according to the service level agreements. You will have the opportunity to work with a couple of clients, or with only one large client with a complex delivery nature. Working at NTT The Change Manager will ensure that all changes introduced in the live production environments of clients happen in a controlled and coordinated manner, ensuring minimal disruption of services. You are primarily responsible for the operational coordination and validation of change and service requests and the administrative processing in the tools. You also organize CAB meetings with the internal and external stakeholders and monitor changes. You take the initiative and are responsible for the creation and supervision of change plans and you monitor the lead time of the customer agreements made. You will work independently as well as in a team with fellow change managers, coordinators and support services engineers.
