Job responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement leadership development framework in line with Group's talent management strategy and principles develop a sustainable leadership pipeline
  • Design the content and learning experience (pre and post) of our leadership training targeting our leaders at different levels strengthen our leadership capability at all levels  Assist with implementation of the Group's young talent development programs improve long-term leadership pipeline
  • Develop individual leaders by deploying Group-wide ols and providing professional coaching and development support either directly or by enabling superiors or HR
  • Design and implement leadership culture programs and related initiatives support our leaders' transformation wards desirable leadership behaviors
  • Develop and implement other Fantree Academy programs/modules in agreement with internal stakeholders. Review and improve existing training programs/modules reflect business requirements
  • Develop and prepare training materials, ols and training handouts. Explore creative training methods meet the business requirements (e.g. classroom, demonstrations, on-the- , role play, workshops, video conferencing, web-based learning, etc.)
  • Participate in BU/Function's strategic initiatives support leadership development and other TLM initiatives
  • Regularly engage with internal stakeholders obtain input/feedback on the implementation of our leadership development programs and other related initiatives
  • As one of the Fantree Academy master trainers, conduct regular Train-the-Trainer (TTT) sessions ensure consistency of training delivery
  • Manage learning and development of internal stakeholders (including HR and global learning and development professionals) in the area of leadership development and DKSH behaviors achieve BU/Function goals
  • Drive self-learning and improvement in the area of leadership/talent management and DKSH behaviors as part of continuous learning

Job requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Communication, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business or a related discipline
  • Professional certification is added advantage
  • Minimum five years’ experience in a similar role
  • Demonstrated advanced facilitation skills and experience in training senior leaders
  • Demonstrated fluency in English (both written and spoken)
  • Demonstrated experience in project management skills, including ideally, experience of projects with regional breadth, with demonstrated ability manage multiple projects within a busy, dynamic team environment
  • Demonstrated knowledge in the application of adult learning theories and current industry's best practices
  • Demonstrated proficiencies in office productivity ols (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
  • Demonstrated knowledge in training programs execution using multiple training methods (e.g. classroom, demonstrations, on-the- , role play, workshops, video conferencing, web-based learning, etc.)
