1.Handle a portfolio of clients in Payroll Services Department.
2.Lead junior staff in the delivery of effective and efficient services to clients in payroll, leave management and tax filling services
3.Advice clients on payroll related issues.
4.Act as a technical expert to the executives/senior executives and provide guidance as necessary
5.Conduct in in-house training as appropriate.
6.Handle ad hoc projects as assigned by the Department Head.
7. Support Internal Business Development Team
1.Degree Holder in Human Resources Management or Accountancy or any related disciplines is preferred.
2.At least 6-8 years of relevant working experience in payroll services, preferably in an outsourcing environment or have managed large employees’ payroll in a multi-national company.
3.Supervisory experience necessary.
4.Adept in payroll software and other IT application.
5.Well-versed in local country employment ordinances, tax practices and pension and related ordinances.
6.Good command of written and spoken English.
