The primary focus of the role is to deliver analytics projects within the CPBB Analytics. The individual will be responsible for end to end analytics solution development, deployment, performance assessment etc. Also provides thought leadership and acts as a subject matter expert to design and recommend appropriate analytical solution in addressing key issues within the business


  • Maintain internal data-mart.

  • Client segmentation by Data Mining to identify the right variables for Segmentation

  • Trend Analysis in CPBB Client book/ KPIs and highlight risk and opportunities to business

  • Develop a full suite of Marketing Triggers/Analytics tools for Country.

  • Preparation of monthly CPBB Clients Analytics packs; Highlight the key trends to management

  • Client profiling: Client segmentation, product mapping, need analysis and psychographics.

  • Analyse and establish early predictors of performance for different channels Business

  • Work with Digital Head and Cross functional teams to deliver on Digital transformation initiatives with data led insights on the key drivers to drive digital growth in country

  • Create a strategy and plan for CPBB Banking to deliver their budget, consistent with global frameworks

  • Design & implement campaigns to test hypothesis and generate insights

  • Accountable for end to end management of campaign: Designing, Execution, Tracking

  • Develop and agree with business on financial model for each campaign

  • Liaise with business to develop client proposition and execution modalities

  • Pre-post tracking of campaign for an agreed period

  • Design segmentation and align campaign across customer and product life stage through customer channel of preference

  • Continuously improve the operational efficiency and effectiveness of processes

  • Ensure effective management of operational risks within the function and compliance with applicable internal policies, and external laws and regulations

  • Champion and act as role model of the group’s values

  • Driving an environment of collaboration, both within CPBB Banking and across the wider Group, to ensure issues are raised and blockages are resolved in a timely manner

Risk Management

  • Interpret the Group’s financial information, identify key issues based on this information and put in place appropriate controls and measures

  • Ensure data security and data sharing in secured way through SharePoint in password protected files


  • Awareness and understanding of the regulatory framework, in which the Group operates, and the regulatory requirements and expectations relevant to the role

  • Education - Post Graduate or University Degree

  • At least 6 years of relevant experience in Banking / Financial Services Industry
