Role: Manager / Sr. Manager (Specialist Trainer)

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Responsible for designing & delivery of sales / Behavioral / leadership training programs and ensure effective implementation of functional programs across verticals.
• Create an intuitive learning-oriented culture ensuring effective implementation thru use of technology.
• Responsible for identifying the development needs from the Performance development (Appraisal Form) and consolidating the same with respective functional / divisional heads for arriving the training calendar as per timelines in collaboration with Development Manager.
• Responsible for collecting, tracking, monitoring employee training feedback for periodic review of effectiveness.
• Support sales & Marketing & Operations on specific training deliverables.
• Design, Implement and follow-up on learning deliverables based on the training needs in achieving the required training requests and measure the same for effectiveness.
• Responsible for developing, updating and maintaining the training calendar, updation and maintenance all training related documents.
• Responsible for identifying the training vendors and vendor tie-up for all specific functional / skill development programs ensuring the quality / uniformity in instilling the required knowledge & skills sets for all functional programs on exceptional situations post discussion with CHRO.
• Responsible for liasoning with business on development initiatives post training initiatives.
• Keep updated on the latest developments with regard to learning concepts and provide recommendation to CHRO on a periodic basis for possible implementation considering the business need.
• Support the HR team in delivering focused Org development initiatives across verticals.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

Minimum 10 years, of experience in designing and delivering soft skills training

Ability to effectively influence the stakeholder

Consultative in approach, facilitate development discussions

Ability to understand the competency based requirements for focussed development.

Knowledge on latest HR trends and Concepts.

Ability to plan, deliver, administer training independently as per budget.

Must possess a high level interpersonal and sensing skills

Effective communication verbal, written and Presentation skills

Proficiency in excel, power-point and interface with external partners / customers on development support.

Experience in FMCG Industry

Education Qualification

Essential: Any degree or Masters Degree Human Resources / commerce MBA and certifications on various training concepts / methodologies and tools.

Desirable: MBA / MSW / Sales experience / Expertise in MS Office tools and multi-lingual (more than 3 languages)
