Manager - Marketing and Communication
Develop effective channel and direct marketing strategy and related programs, globally, to expand the company's market leadership and support key strategic initiatives. Ensure successful roll-out of channel marketing and communications strategy. Balance strategic efforts and tactical projects, establish priorities/program objectives, and achieve measurable results. Define key success metrics. Work cross-functionally to execute channel and direct strategies.

Producing Business Collatorals and Marketing Materials [Banners, Sinages, Billboards, pamphalets, brochures etc]
Organizing distributors meet
Manage day-to-day responsibilities and fulfiling requirement of internal stakeholders
Develop tactical plans to achieve business results and provide feedback and input on strategy
Key Position Accountabilities
Manages various aspects of communications and helps maintain the tone, look, image, and standards for the presentation of the corporation to its various audiences through advertisements, product publicity, printed/electronic collateral, audiovisuals, direct mail, promotions, trade shows, and Internet messaging.
Manages and implements product and service promotional programs to accomplish marketing and other strategic communications objectives.
Manages the creation, development, scheduling, translation, distribution, and tracking of printed/electronic collateral, audiovisuals, direct mail, promotions, and other communications to ensure adherence to appropriate standards of design and production, to ensure appropriate timing for communications to a given audience, and to ensure that corporate identity is maintained and enhanced.
Knowledge & Skills
Knowledge of Digital Marketing is preferred (Emailers and Facebook / Google ads /LinkedIn Advertisment to be specific)
Experience in organising Roadshows, Factory Visits etc
Develops the tactical plan for the area of accountability as a reference point to execute strategy
Provides input into attainment of strategy for area of accountability
Identifies emerging issues relevant to area of accountability and adjusts execution plan to address issues.
