RingCentral’s Sales Operations organization is seeking an experienced Manager of Planning and Analytics to lead the prioritization and management of Sales strategic investments to drive growth and productivity.

The candidate will report to the Sales Operations Associate Director for Planning and Analytics and work directly with Sales Leaders, GTM Analytics, and Finance. This role is critical to ensuring investments align to growth targets, consistently tracking outcomes and identifying risk in plans. The role is also responsible for leading transformational initiatives to improve processes and drive automation. This role requires a high degree of operational rigor (Metrics, KPI’s & SLA’s), ability to exceed quality standards and evolve an organization that’s critical to enabling a multi-billion-dollar business.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Associate Director in managing quarterly and annual planning exercise with Sales Leaders
  • Developing and maintaining a 3 yr. Global Sales plan
  • Perform various planning scenarios and revenue analysis, and weekly/monthly reporting cadence
  • Oversee the quality of all Sales Performance metrics ensuring we’re tracking to plan
  • Ability to quickly identify risk and develop recommendations to course correct
  • Lead cross functional activities GTM Analytics and Finance teams to align Sales plans
  • Drive process improvement & automation initiatives to streamline deliverables
  • Accountable for the overall accuracy of Sales Targets and Coverage Models
  • Work with Compensation Leader to align Comp and Quota plans
  • Demonstrate a high level of responsiveness with senior executives and key stakeholders
  • Ability to develop and present data driven business plans and analysis
  • Pioneer initiatives to improve the existing sales planning process (via statistics, data science, etc)
  • Lead a team of analysts and ensure the team’s proper professional development

Must-Have:

  • 7+ years experience in Sales Planning and Analytics, and Sales Operations
  • Significant experience with quantitative and qualitative analysis, modeling budgets, pipeline, forecast and ROI analysis
  • Positive, professional and can-do attitude with an ability to lead an evolving team

Qualifications:

  • Ability to lead cross functional and executive strategy sessions
  • Experience with a wide variety of routes to market (direct, channel and strategic partner sales) and segments (SMB, commercial, enterprise) in multiple geographies
  • Experience working with BPO teams
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills
