Manager Sales & Marketing for Telecom Printing Industry
To be responsible for providing overall direction to the marketing & sales functions at national / geographical level with regard to planning & development of the markets for products, projects & services.
To implement marketing plans & programs in areas such as market research, sales promotion, pricing, advertising & relationship building.
To lead the marketing & sales support functions with a view to provide pre-sales, implementation & post-sales service.
To offer information about products, services, projects & the competition to strategies the actions to achieve set sales on a continuous basis.
To be responsible for the product / IT service pricing & product launches in different locations & in different countries.
To plan for marketing / sales budgets for various projects, products & services & control the same.
To be significantly responsible for marketing / sales for more than one country, large sales force, & an extensive dealer / distributor network; identifying & organizing training programs.
Result oriented male candidate, age 30-40 years with MBA (Marketing) with a pleasing personality.
Out of total experience, at least 7-8 years in establishing & managing distribution eco system in retail segment for voice and data communication devices / gaming / entertainment gadgets and handsets.
Proficiency in technical presentations, designing sales strategies, project management, appointment and managing channel partners, tender management etc.
Good communication skills and ease to work with MS Projects, Power Point, Excel is vital to the qualification.
