We are looking for a motivated thought leader to help build and grow our Solution Sales practice across Switzerland, Austria, Central and eastern Europe. This leader must be a proven and trusted sales leader, who can influence, partner and advise across the matrix; including Solution Consulting, Sales, Alliance & Channel, Global Delivery and Marketing as well as, with our Business Units.
As the Manager IT Transformation Solution Sales, Alps & CEE, you will be responsible for supporting the Alps VP & GM develop our go-to-market strategy for Solution Sales and support strategic sales opportunities across Switzerland, Austria and Central and Eastern Europe. You will share your knowledge and expertise to help prepare the markets for success on the road to 2025. This role will be reporting into the Director IT Transformation DACH & CEE and will be managing a team of Solution Sales Managers.
What you get to do in this role:
Drive the Solution Sales agenda
Partner with the General Manager and Sales Directors to make sure we achieve success in your assigned territories
Align with the EMEA Business Unit (BU) leaders to build a plan to double Solution Sales revenue in 3 years
Lead and develop a team of specialized sellers to drive the different solutions
Work closely with the EMEA BU leaders and partner with the Country GM on the go to market for Alps & CEE
Partner with our Alliance and Channel organization to build a sell to, with and through Go to market model.
Influence and drive the right value model around pricing and packaging
Align to the global success metrics for Customer Success
Alliance and Channels
Local Sales leadership
Solution Consulting leadership
Professional Services and Alliance & Channel Partners
In order to be successful in this role, we need someone who has:
Extensive Sales experience and leadership building and recruiting teams selling into the markets
Strong people management abilities with the charisma to inspire and lead
Proven leadership skills building a business from 20M to 100M
5 Years of Sales Leadership Experience (Direct and Indirect)
Experience communicating with both business and technical stakeholders at all levels
Experience working collaboratively with product management, product marketing and product development.
A passion evangelizing our capabilities and success on social media and other outlets to build brand preference and recognition.
