Manager, Client Management

Manage operating departmental budgets and costs according annual allocation ensure efficient usage of resources, where applicable
Develop business and marketing plans in coordination with clients achieve overall business objectives and profitability
Manage business integration process for new clients ensure smooth client integration
Gather and report client operational results in comparison KPIs set in the service level agreements
Explore any opportunities of new business for existing clients by working with Business Development team; manage the contract renewal process
Take necessary actions resolve clients' operational issues/service complaints
Manage and schedule business communications and business review meetings with clients' management teams
Act as front-line DKSH representative with the client management team facilitate ad hoc operational issue resolution, escalating senior management as appropriate
Act as a DKSH representative communicate all other necessary issues clients' management teams

Manager, Client Management

  • Strong experience in FMCG industry
  • Minimum five years’ experience in a Product management, Brand management, field marketing or Trade marketing 
  • Minimum three years’ experience in a managerial capacity
  • Excellent analytical skill and presentation
  • Master Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any related filed are preferable
  • Good in English proficiency
  • Good in Excel and Power point
  • Good Interpersonal, good team player and leading
