We drive, develop, and communicate plans that enables our people to execute and embrace lasting transformation by empowering them to change their behaviour focusing on critical things that drive successful results.

Scop:

Reporting to the PwC China Human Capital Strategy and Transformation CoE Lead, the Target Operating Model (TOM) and Change Management Lead is responsible for the end to end planning and delivery of the implementation of the new target operating model and change management of key People Initiatives managing multiple work streams, proactively balancing scope, schedule, budget, risk, project team, outcomes, and benefits.

Keyresponsibilities include:

•Work closely with CoE Lead while leading a small team to:


•Successfully implement the HR Target Operating Model (engage with key stakeholders, liase with process optimisation team to conduct process deep dive workshops to identify future scope, roles and responsibilities; conduct detailed design of future state team structure, develop communications and workforce transition plans)


•Review post implementation user adoption and satisfaction around the future state TOM and provide recommendations for further improvements to ensure maximum benefit realisation


•Advise on change management of key people initiatives including conducting change impact assessment, stakeholder analysis, development of change management and stakeholder engagement plans and execution of the change plan working closely with our branding and communications team


•Design and conduct Change Management training for the People organisation to equip project managers of smaller people initiatives to effectively manage stakeholders, change and adoption of their launch of new processes or programs.

Ways of working


•Collaborate with key stakeholders (e.g. business and HC leadership) to understand business requirements and objectives


•Support HC Strategy and Transformation CoE Lead to coordinate the delivery of the end to end new target operating model and change management


•Motivate and lead the project team with enthusiasm and drive team effectiveness

Qualifications and skills


•10+ years of experience in HR Transformation and Change Management, having implemented a new target operating model (operating model, structure, process, ways of working and governance) for one or more organizations


•Previous HR Transformation experience to include but not limited to: HR activity analysis, detailed HR organisation design, capability reviews, change management, and workforce transition planning


•Flexible and capable to manage the end to end HR transformation workstreams in a complex global/territory capacity


•Ability to work with different levels of stakeholders to develop relationships, establish credibility  and instill confidence


•Ability to identify and solve problems objectively using analysis, leading practices, and experience


•Excellent analytical, articulation, project management, and communication skills


•Prior experience and/or familiarity with agile strategies and some of the relevant HC technologies would be of benefit
