Manufacture process importments:
1)Track and maintain the existing product process operation instruction and parameter setting checklist.
2)The existing products are reviewed regularly according to the review plan of flow chart and PFMEA, and the newly identified potential failure modes are updated.
3)Analyze and solve the abnormal process problems in the field abnormal state record.
4)Make action plan and follow up according to quality problem report.
5) Continuous improvement of process.
6)Process training materials preparation and related personnel training.
New product Launching support:
1) Assist product engineer to quote new products.
2) New product preliminary, trial production, mass production of flow chart, PFMEA discussion,preparation and update.
3)According to the trial production situation, make the operation instruction and parameter setting checklist.
4)Ensure the introduction of new product process from trial production to mass production.
5)Training of new product and new process documents.
Prepare ECAP of new equipment and acceptance of equipment.

Assist in customer review and follow-up

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical, electrical, ie, chemical engineering or materials;
2. 5 years working experience in automotive industry, including at least 3 years engineering or coating experience;
3. With metal stamping die skills is preferred;
4. Understand lean production project management;
5. Familiar with ISO / TS16949 quality system;
6. Knowledge of APQP, FMEA, 6 Sigma is preferred;
7.Strong English ability, good at speaking and writing;
8.befamiliar with AutoCAD and office software
