What you’ll do?

  • Implement effective local market & growth strategies on F&B products that align with the regional business strategy, category expansion and address local market nuances in the assigned regions.
  • Align and serve as a marketing -  business partner with the business team of the proposed strategies and tactics presented to achieve business growth.  Continually monitor feedback and results to ensure ongoing performance improvement of marketing programs.
  • Driving collaboration and communications with internal stakeholders on marketing functions, customer experience groups, product development etc to formulate synergy in growth initiatives and line-ups.
  • Propose and manage marketing research projects to generate consumer insights in support of improved market growth strategy and communications
  • Lead the local F&B market growth members for execution of marketing programs from start to finish, driving collaboration within the internal stakeholders and communications.
  • Evaluate the impact of marketing programs in achieving their stated objectives, including impact on customers generation, LTV and retention. Continually optimize ROI, manage revenue and budget targets in assigned regions to achieve sales and revenue goals.
  • Provide the F&B “market growth” team in the region with the marketing tools and materials necessary to successfully execute promotions and marketing programs. Maintain constant communication with Operations /Cross-Department Marketing leaders within the region on a scheduled basis.
  • Develop and manage a network of external vendor relationships that can support local events and campaign plans.
  • Provide overall direction and support for team. Monitor and assess individual work in accordance with high standards of excellence. Provide feedback, coaching, support, opportunities for development, complete performance appraisals, take corrective action when appropriate.
  • Organize and plan projects in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

What you’ll need?

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experienced working in Marketing in a leadership role
  • 5+ years experience in the marketing field,  with track records and comprehensive understanding in marketing dimension and tactics for media buys, social, content and 3rd party collaborations in industry like e-commerce, or Tech companies.
  • Experienced in end-to-end execution of marketing strategies and plans.
  • Communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Experienced in data processes, using data to generate plans and conclude business results.
  • Skilled negotiator with proven experience finding creative ways to do more with less, and a track record of staying on budget.
  • Experienced in go-to market launch experience is a plus
  • Experienced in areas such as category management or merchandising is a plus.  
  • Flexibility for travel.
  • Handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Work independently.
  • Problem-solving attitude and comfort digging deep to find new solutions.
