In this role you will work closely with the sales and marketing teams. This is a target driven role that will contribute to new business revenue for the company.


  • Conduct research for target market
  • Create market list for potential leads via salesforce
  • Contact new leads derived from list, referrals, etc. using different channels of communication (email, chat, etc.)
  • Follow up with leads who have been contacted in the past
  • Conduct initial qualification of leads
  • Set appointments for Business Development team for program discussion and goal of closing qualified leads
  • Follow up and/or confirm appointments using different communication channels (call, email, chat, etc.) (Salesforce)
  • Perform additional tasks or projects assigned
  • Share best practices, industry and market intelligence data to Recruiters and client teams. Combine information (talent market trend, threats, opportunity, etc.) to be used for strategic business planning.
  • Develop Sourcing Plans or strategies in partnership with GTM.
  • Support client services with market mapping needs.
  • Provide language support for Marketing content, presentations and proposals, or content to be presented to clients (Bid Management Support US&LATAM)
  • Build core presentation and proposal structures using Cielo’s library.

Analytics and Process Improvements:

  • Problem-solve and provide best practices and process improvements throughout the Lead Generation process
  • Leverage strong analytical skills to audit processes errors, assess trends, create reports and tell the story with data.
  • Identify and document process changes, such as process maps, team structure charts, detailed procedures, etc.

Other duties as assigned.

  • High school diploma is required. Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred.


  • Minimum of 2+ years of results-oriented recruiting experience working in an in-house, RPO or agency setting with demonstrated successes specific to research and sourcing.

Functional/Technical Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

  • Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Expert-level experience using recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CRM/Sales Software and social media tools.
  • A competitive communicative competence
