As Marketing & Growth Manager you'll lead, drive and manage digital marketing across all facets, incl: e-Commerce, Web, SEO, Content, Social Media, Events, Infuencer marketing and more. Introduction You'll be working for a successful, fast-growing, family-owned and operated e-commerce store, on the brink of even larger accelerated growth, thanks to unique brands, international exposure, and high quality products - the first which have just started to hit the shelves of major retailers all across Australia and APAC. Thanks to innovative positioning, a strong online and e-commerce focus, and established, yet fast growing B2B relationships, they are on their way to becoming a highly recognized and acknowledged (Inter)National brand. The position The Marketing & Growth Manager reports directly to the Managing Director, and oversees all general marketing operations - including Digital, Content, Email, Social Media, Events, Influencer, e-Commerce, MarTech, and Partnership Marketing. At this stage will not have any direct reports, but you will have budget, external agencies, tools and services at your disposal for successful achievement of business and growth objectives. Purpose and Goals Your role as Marketing & Growth Manager is generalist in nature, but has a strong and continued focus on market growth and brand exposure. This is expressed throughout your responsibilities and objectives: Ongoing Objectives & Responsibilities include: * Creating, building, and executing on digital marketing and growth strategies; * Being a continuous visual Content Creator: utilising products, events, partnerships and more; * Marketing content through various Digital Channels, including: EDM, Social Media, Website, and CRM; * Driving SEO, Social Media, Google, and / or Other Paid Advertising campaigns; * Website maintenance and optimisation for higher conversions (including A/B split-testing and being aware of UX/UI); * Acting as a Project Manager: managing all the various marketing channels and making sure initiatives are always moving ahead; * Initiating, and building new collaborations with influencers, businesses, brands and events in the space; * Advising management to help with strategic and tactical decision-making. Your Profile * At least 4-5 (or more) years of relevant generalist marketing experience, including: * Digital, Non-Digital, Social Media, Events, Partnerships, Influencer, and ideally e-Commerce marketing; * Experience with digital marketing, including SEO, SEA/SMA, Website Optimisation, Google Analytics, and EDM. * Experience with CRM and CMS * Industry experience in e-Commerce, FMCG, Retail, Foods or similar is very highly regarded; * A visually creative mind: you have no problems coming up with new content on a daily basis; * A passion for high quality foods, cooking and baking is nice to have; The offer * An exciting, generalist marketing role in which you'll have continued support, access and continued hands-on experience with modern digital and e-commerce tools; * The opportunity of being part of a family business, and an exciting growth story; * The Freedom, trust (and the expectation from you) to fully own your role; * Flexibility, and a healthy, enjoyable work-life balance.
