Key Accountabilities

Social Listening (60% Time Utilization)

  • Adept at using social listening tools such as Talkwalker, Sprinklr, Brandwatch, Klear, etc.
  • Develop social listening dashboards and reports using marketing tool stack
  • Build complex semantic queries used to collect data in order to response to business problems and needs
  • Analyse quantitative and qualitative data and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
  • Real-time reporting during events and product launches, including owned social performance
  • Event or campaign wrap-up reporting and presentation
  • Identify and validate suitability of influencers for Intel’s sales and marketing activations (i.e. influencer profiling and background check)
  • Insights on brands within the industry and product feedback conversations
  • Provide data and reports on ad-hoc basis to global and regional stakeholders

Influencer identification, validation and impact analysis: (40% Time Utilization)

  • Adept at using influencer management tools such as Klear, CreatorIQ, Tagger Media, Mavrck, etc.
  • Help identify relevant KOLs/ influencers in markets across Asia pacific and Japan.
  • Help validate influencers/ KOLs – quant + qual check (including brand safety, brand sentiment analysis, etc.)
  • KOL activation impact analysis – what was the impact generated via the activation? (quantify and share qualitative insights).

Person Specification

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, 3+ years experience related to marketing analytics.
  • Comfortable with handling large data sets – aggregating, analyzing, coming up with actionable insights, etc.
  • Open to working in a dynamic work environment, deal with a multi-cultural set of stakeholders across APJ.
  • Should be able to speak and read Simplified and Traditional Chinese.
  • Can read >=2 language (English and Chinese mandatory). Additional languages - For example – Japanese, Korean, etc.
