Ergon Corporate Communications has an opening for a Marketing Communications Administrator who will oversee the logistics involved in executing the day-to-day activities of the Ergon Marketing Communications Department.

The Marketing Communications Administrator will be responsible for executing essential daily operational tasks, including reconciling the department's purchasing card, supporting the Communications team with content creation and publication, managing the business card process, and assisting with meeting bookings, scheduling, and preparation. Additionally, this role contributes to corporate office initiatives and projects. By demonstrating a strong commitment to operational excellence, the Marketing Communications Administrator enhances internal relationships and boosts departmental effectiveness.
Marketing Communications Administrator Job Responsibilities:
Support departmental activities by coordinating shipping, event/meal coordination, and other miscellaneous tasks as needed.
