The Advertising and Social Media team is part of the Brand team, tasked with producing great creative work – from the idea to the execution – and implementing paid media and social media campaigns around the world for Accenture. We’reafully integrated partner across all aspectsof social media—whether strategizing, listening, engaging, creating, publishing, analyzing or activating our people. And we do all this while having fun—collaborating, connecting and pushing ourselves creatively acrossevery areaof the social space. We are looking to add…

A Global Advertising Creative Lead to partner with our key agency partners Droga5, Accenture Song, and our internal agency, Accenture Canvas, to lead compelling, award-winning creative campaigns that drive positive impact on the business.

In FY24 and beyond – Brand will be an active driver of one Accenture, to provide clarity & stability, reduce ambiguity, and bring one brand to life across M+C in ways never done before. The Global Advertising Creative Lead will play a key role in how our brand shows up externally.

The Global Advertising Creative Lead (CL5) will play an integral role in setting the vision, establishing processes, and leading a team across the following functions:

  • Creative Strategy
  • Creative Development
  • Production
  • Transcreation

  • The ideal candidate will have experience managing creative process, production and transcreation.

Here’s what you need:

  • 15+ years of hands-on experience in Advertising or Marketing at an agency or Fortune 100 company.
  • Experience building and executing global advertising campaigns for large brands or clients.
  • Experience managing the production process for TVC, digital, audio and outdoor.
  • Knowledge of the transcreation process and experience translating and producing assets for global markets.
  • Strong business and marketing acumen, that includes managing people.
  • An executive presence, comfortable presenting and interacting with C-Suite members of Accenture.
  • Demonstrated ability to work closely with and direct external suppliers, third party vendors, agencies, and relevant external networks in varying time zones.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • A Bachelor’s degree.
