Who is the Mastercard Academy?
The Mastercard Academy was established over 25 years ago to help Mastercard customers and partners gain the knowledge, skills and insights needed to succeed in the world of payments.
Over this time we have developed our training offering to include a range of topics and areas that keep pace with an ever changing world.
Through our many training programmes and events, customers can learn more about Mastercard’s payment solutions and processes, and how to get the best from them. They can also find out more about the wider world of payments covering the latest trends and developments in digital and new payment channels. They have the choice of how to learn – by joining a virtual seminar and/or creating a customised training programme, and/or learning online through Academy on the web.

Overview:
The Mastercard Academy team in Europe is looking for a Marketing & Communication specialist to drive the visibility and awareness of the Academy ‘services and added-value both internally and externally.

The ideal candidate is passionate about the customer engagement and experience, highly motivated, intellectually curious and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset.

Additionally, this person will be involved in overseeing the successful production and delivery of live events (webinars) through our virtual learning platform - Academy on the web.

While the Mastercard Academy team is currently split around 3 locations (Brussels, London, and Moscow), candidates can apply from across Europe.


Role:
You will have responsibility for managing multiple communication channels including the Academy website and intranet page, our newsletter and mailings, as well as our social presence on LinkedIn.

You will be asked to drive engagement, reach and interaction around these various channels and communications to support Academy business objectives.

Measuring and reporting the success of communication campaigns against engagement targets will also be another key responsibility.
This client facing position, will require you to work as part of a team to coordinate and manage the end-to-end process of a number of webinars including invitations, registrations, trainer rehearsals, customer platform support (Adobe Connect, Zoom or Teams) and event evaluation.

-digital marketing competencies (video, SEO, SEM, content marketing).
-understanding how to manage dashboards that track trends and progress in improving results.
-very good written and verbal communication skills
-creative and draft engaging presentations as well as other collaterals.
-accountable and have an entrepreneurial mindset.
-willing to look for potential solutions to solve problems.
-technology minded and master webinar platforms such as Adobe Connect, Zoom and MS Teams.
-You are fluent in English both spoken and written.
-great organizational skills and attention to details.
