WHAT YOU'LL DO We strive to develop and execute a best-in-class suite of marketing and communication materials and activities that support our teams in building and strengthening client relationships. We also seek to spread awareness and generate interest among our internal stakeholders for the practice's activities.
The focus of this position is to help execute the global marketing agenda of the CFS practice across the full range of external and internal marketing and communication activities and channels. In this role you will be working in close collaboration with the CFS Marketing team, with the broader CFS management and leadership team as well as with the global and local Marketing teams.
  YOU'RE GOOD AT Supporting virtual and physical events and providing SATT (Seat-At-The-Table) support
  • Providing support for virtual and physical SATT events globally (Strategy Leaders, CFOs, CEOs)
  • Managing invitation processes, alignment with priority markets and senior stakeholders
  • Driving the marketing activities (pre-during-post event) for internal regional/global CFS practice meeting 
  • Internal communications: Execution of a robust portfolio of internal communication activities (Email and Slack)
    • Collecting input from stakeholders and draft high-quality internal communications
    • Preparing and sending out internal communications using SalesForce
    Content Creation: Supporting execution of content strategy with guidance from Marketing Leadership
    • Managing content updates to bcg.com – expert bios, content tagging, cross-linking,  thought leadership placement, topic updates etc.
    • Supporting thought leadership pipeline development and management
    • Executing PA’s multimedia program (including expert interviews, social media expert videos, podcasts) 
    Digital Marketing: Driving execution of digital marketing program
    • Developing social media friendly assets to help amplify thought leadership content
    • Managing process of keeping Dynamics client lists of priority clients in key geographies up to date
    KPI Tracking: Measuring and reporting impact of the marketing program
    • Supporting development of marketing dashboard for the leadership team
    • Developing Return on Marketing Investment (ROMI) deck for key flagship campaigns
  • Collecting input from stakeholders and draft high-quality internal communications

  • YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
  • 2-4 years of relevant professional experience
  • At least bachelor's degree with strong academic achievements required, ideally in marketing or business administration or other related subjects
  • Marketing, CRM, social media/media, or (virtual) event management experience required
  • Excellent written and spoken English, other languages a plus
  • Strong project management analytical skills required
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including senior audiences
  • Service-oriented and proactive approach
  • Self-starter, results-driven, solution-oriented
  • Structured and analytical thinking
  • Strong planning and reporting skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Proficient in PowerPoint, Word and Excel—familiarity with marketing platforms and systems a plus
  • YOU'LL WORK WITH Our business management and operations team members work to ensure that BCG is running smoothly, efficiently, and productively. We are made up of executive and administrative (or case team) assistants, visual service artists, receptionists, facilities staff, and the team leaders and office coordinators who manage these operations and business management jobs. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
  • This is a role in a truly international environment, spread across three continents, which will require flexible hours to accommodate the different time zones of the different stakeholders (Practice Area, Global Marketers and Local Marketers)
  • Must be able to perform successfully in a fast-paced, intellectually intense, service-oriented environment and to interpret rules and guidelines flexibly to enhance the business and in keeping with BCG’s values and culture
  • Experience working successfully within a complex matrix structured organization is essentia
  • Some international travel required
