The Marketing Coordinator position is working with cross-functional teams such as marketing, merchandising and product management to coordinate the calendar of marketing activities and company’s events. The position will report to the Manager Product Management.


  • Manages key schedules and project timelines for a variety of print and online marketing projects;
  • Ensures product information and manufacturer partner commitments are met;
  • Coordinates with copywriters, graphic designers and web designers and other teammates as needed to ensure on-time completion of projects;
  • Responsible for the proof-of-performance for manufacturer partners;
  • Other duties as assigned.


  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) in Marketing or a related field.
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role with strong focus on administrative tasks – scheduling, reporting, etc;
  • Experience in production marketing communications – at least 1 year;
  • Strong communication skills – both written and spoken - in English and French;
  • Advanced level of MS Office – mainly Excel;
  • Confident working autonomously;
  • Client Focus: ability to prioritize, multi-task and manage multiple projects at once, meeting multiple deadlines;
  • Attention to details;
  • On-time performance: plan and execute projects within timelines, coordinating multiple tasks simultaneously.

Office environment with computer work. May have extensive periods of sitting, typing and phone use (may include headset). May need to lift up to 10 lbs. Travel, i.e. driving.
