LENAX is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support the efforts of the Marketing team. The Marketing Coordinator will support the Marketing Manager with Marketing Tasks. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, helping prepare proposals and presentations, organizing/updating database of project information, coordinating meetings, writing proposal material, and leading the LENAX social media campaign. The ideal candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills, be able to work well with all levels of the organization, be detail-oriented, and proficient in desktop publishing, such as InDesign and Adobe Acrobat. Experience with a construction, architecture or engineering firm required.

Position Summary
LENAX is looking for a Marketing Coordinator / Administrative Assistant, to support both the administrative and graphical efforts of the Marketing team, and additionally, provide administrative support to the Vice President and the Director of Engineering. The Marketing Coordinator will support the Marketing Manager with Marketing Tasks. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, helping prepare proposals and presentations, organizing/updating database of project information, coordinating meetings, formatting resumes, writing proposal material, and leading driving the LENAX social media campaign. The ideal candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills, be able to work well with all levels of the organization, be detail-oriented, and proficient in Word, and desktop publishing, such as InDesign and Adobe Acrobat. Experience with a construction, architecture or engineering firm required.

Job Description:
The Marketing Coordinator’s duties include, but are not limited to the following:
+ Gathers and researches information to include in proposals, including resumes and project summaries.
+ Reviews, organizes and edits written documentation to improve clarity.
+ Formats candidate resumes into the appropriate template; and, follows through on gathering any missing information. Patterns resume to reflect the candidate’s meeting position specifications.
+ Completes administrative forms for proposals.
+ Creates, and updates employee Master resumes and LENAX project descriptions regularly, based on information gathered from timesheet project billing information and data files.
+ Supports the creation, maintenance, and development of Cosential, CRM database.
+ Updates leads/opportunities, resumes, project descriptions, and text libraries in Marketing’s Cosential database.
+ Collaborate with the Marketing Manager, Project Executives, Project Managers and relevant consultants in the proposal preparation process.
+ Assists in the graphic development of marketing tools such as brochures, company website, special projects, etc.
+ Conducts client development research. Leads or co-leads client development teams
+ Coordinates with technical staff to develop, research, track, and follow-up on leads.
+ Maintains certification calendar and facilities renewals as the deadlines approach.
+ Works with the Marketing Manager to develop LENAX's social media campaign, and facilitate posting distribution amongst various platforms (Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
+ Assist with special administrative and research projects as needed.
+ Must be a self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities/tasks, and possess strong organizational skills.
+ Must be a “team player,” recognizing the roles of key, LENAX staff who may direct some activities, in coordination with the direct supervisor.
+ Must be able to take and follow directions from direct supervisor, in coordination with other, LENAX senior management and department heads. Will take initiative to address any conflicts with one’s Supervisor, and discuss prioritization before taking action.
+ Knowledge and experience with office procedures, systems, and protocols required.
+ Strong and effective communication, writing, and computer skills are essential.
+ Must be able to independently manage a challenging workload when faced with unexpected changes in priorities and deadlines.
+ Assist in the day to day hard and electronic file organization.
+ May assist with special projects
