An exciting opportunity has become available within our Sheridan Head Office. We are currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator reporting to the General Manager of Marketing. In this role, you will support the Marketing and Visual Merchandising teams. Primary responsibilities include the coordination of product for photography, events and visual merchandising, processing of invoices and administration duties.

You will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating incoming and outgoing product and prop inventory
  • Maintain inventory, implementing a sign in/sign out process of sample and prop send outs
  • Preparing products for photo shoots, events and sample sales; includes packaging product, steaming, coordinating couriers, ironing and product styling
  • Process invoices for authorisation of payment, ensuring required vendors are paid
  • Support Visual Merchandising team with coordination of visual merchandising activities for Boutique and Outlet stores
  • Weekly communications to stores, printing of in house ticketing
  • Be the first point of contact for all marketing department email/telephone/post enquiries
  • General administration, including actioning incoming correspondence, take minutes as required, distribute team mail, printing communications material, book couriers and coordinate induction schedules for new starters
  • Coordinate catering for range launch events and other meetings as required

To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and attributes:

  • 1-2 years' experience working in a marketing environment
  • Experience working in the retail environment
  • High level of administration experience essential
  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Applications incl. excel
  • Budget admin experience essential and familiarity with invoice processing system
