Global Tiger Marketing Manager - Innovation, design, experiential & partnerships

Job Purpose

Tiger Beer was first brewed in Singapore in 1932. Back then our Tiger Brewers were told it was impossible to brew quality beer near the Equator. But we did it. Since that time Tiger has been constantly defying the odds becoming the World's No.1 Premium Asian Beer sold in over 50 countries around the world. Tiger is looking for a highly talented Marketing Manager to join the Global Tiger Team focused on building and growing the Tiger Brand globally. The Global Tiger Marketing Manager - innovation, Design, Experiential & Partnerships leads:

* The innovation roadmap, brand design, experiential design, and global partnerships for the Tiger Brand
* Is a key member of the Tiger Global Brand team - leading & managing key projects of the Global Tiger® Brand Strategy, delivering winning Global Tiger ® Platforms, delivering world-class Integrated Commercial Campaigns winning through Channels & Occasions.
* The development and shaping of Tiger's innovation strategy, ensuring world-class execution by Tiger marketing teams across the Globe - delivering sustainable market share, penetration, profit, and brand equity growth.
* Develop a clear strategy and execution of Tiger Experiential platforms - bringing to life the Tiger Brand in key markets that truly wow consumers globally.
* Lead the Tiger Brand Design strategy and roadmap - Building Iconic Masterbrand Identity. Lead the design agencies for Tiger and ensure Tiger Brand Book is implemented in all Countries around the world.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities
1. Lead the Tiger Global Innovation Agenda

* Generating consumer, shopper, customer & channel insights as input for development on the innovation strategy for Tiger.

1. Brand Planning - Innovation, Design, Experiential & Partnership

* Share & support brand plans of country teams. Regular updates and embed corrective actions and strategies where required.

3. Drive Global Innovation Performance Tracking

* Consolidation of performance measures (volume, revenue & profitability). Best practice sharing across Country Teams. Stakeholder alignment with regional MDs on growth opportunities.

4. Development of a World-class Design roadmap for the Tiger Brand.

* Leading the development & implementation of the Tiger Design roadmap leading a team of design agencies focused on building a truly global iconic brand identity.

5. Key Global Platforms & Partnership Project Management.

* Provide insights on the global Tiger platforms development. Lead management of Tiger Brand Team for all key external partnerships. Oversee successful rollout of the experiential & sponsorship activations across markets

6. Deliver Integrated Campaigns for Innovation, Experiential & Partnership/Sponsorship.

* Lead the development of world-class integrated ATL campaigns of Global Platforms. Work with internal & external agency partners to develop winning communications strategy and roadmap.

7. Innovation Roadmap - Revenue Management & CSP Initiatives

* Support & Review Revenue Management initiatives for innovation projects. Provide recommendation and guidance on CSP improvements & Design CEV projects to country teams across Asia Pacific.

8. Key Global Brand Contact - Innovation

* Business partner to all country teams, co-responsibility for sign-off and monitoring of key initiatives. Connect with stakeholders during AP and SP. Work closely with Heineken Global Innovation teams.

9. Budget Responsibility

* Manage owned and shared budgets. Influence delivery of maximum Tiger revenue.

10. Geography - HEINEKEN Asia Pacific Region and Markets around the world

Requirements
* Level of education: Master degree
* Years of experience: More than 10 years of working experience in Brand, Trade Marketing, or Sales Management
* Language Requirement: Fluent in English, second Asian language is preferred
* Functional Competencies:-

- Brand Management & Development, Trade Marketing, Shopper Insights, Customer Understanding, Channel Strategy,

- P&L and Revenue Management, Channel Activation, POS & Merchandising execution standards

Due to the current health crisis related to COVID-19 and the escalating visa/travel restrictions in place, we're currently unable to extend offers to anyone who cannot work from Singapore due to lockdown visa/travel restrictions, or other restrictive measures until further notice.
