Zalando’s Personalized Marketing team is looking for a Display Marketing Manager to support us in our mission to become the starting point of fashion. Our team is continuously innovating and breaking paradigms on how performance marketing can be done more successfully at scale.
Working in a dedicated multidisciplinary team, composed of engineers, product managers, designers and analysts, you will focus on making Snapchat a success while creating new campaigns on Facebook and Instagram. You will do this by addressing our customers in the right way and measuring the effect of our campaigns on relevant KPIs. Together we’ll be creating fresh ways to connect fashion and people.
WHERE YOUR EXPERTISE IS NEEDED
Define and implement performance marketing strategy for Facebook and Snapchat in all our markets. Build a deep understanding of Snapchat and Facebook performance incl. performance drivers across countries.
Develop, a/b test and roll-out optimization and automation strategies across app and web campaigns. Work with the product managers, engineers and data scientists to design and automate processes which enable data-driven decisions at scale.
Craft best in class marketing campaigns with our designers, involving all the latest capabilities developed by advertising platforms - AR, lenses, videos and more.
Collaborate with stakeholders from Brand and Markets teams to maximize marketing impact and support growth targets
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
5+ years experience in performance marketing, ideally managing large budgets and working with Facebook, video ads and Snapchat. Magnificent understanding of all levers of marketing performance.
Able to define strategy and prioritize projects to drive growth and profit. Highly advanced analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel. Tableau and SQL are a plus.
Experience running a/b tests and basic knowledge of statistics
