Enghouse Interactive ([...] is looking a specialist in executing, managing and continously improving paid acquisition and performance B2B marketing campaigns as well as setting up their tracking and measurement to improve the ROI on our user acquisition and retention campaigns, whilst streamlining all the campaign execution and reporting processes in line with the business KPI and reporting templates.

This role can be based in our Leipzig office or Home Office based in the DACH region. 


In this role, you will have the opportunity to: 


  • Manage paid ad campaigns across search, display, social, retargeting, affiliate and native ads
  • Build and maintain reporting templates and dashboards outlining the KPIs and performance metrics (CPC,CPM,CAC vs LTV, ROAS, CPL etc.)
  • Experience running and reporting on A/B tests with campaign creative, copy and targeting
  • Introduce new targeting and audience expansion ideas backed by data and analysis
  • In collaboration with the designers, copywriters and internal stakeholders, manage the campaign creative process from scratch in line with the campaign objectives

We are looking for someone who:


  • Localization experience having managed and run acquisition campaigns in multiple regions and languages
  • Experience in SEM and SEA
  • Keen understanding of ad campaigns in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Linkedin Ads and affiliate marketing networks
  • Experienced in marketing analytics using data processing and analysis tools
  • Good MS Excel skills
  • Organized and analytical team player
  • Fluent in German and English
