We are looking for an innovative and passionate marketing all-star to join the Salesforce Global Public Sector marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a talent and passion for creating, delivering, and executing integrated marketing programs that lead to pipeline and revenue results for the public sector. This person must be able to work independently.  We are looking for someone who is interested in shaping the Government narrative unique to their region - and who is self-starting, dynamic, creative, and practical.

The opportunity requires a collaborative, dynamic, resilient, positive and organised marketing professional with a proven history of success coordinating integrated marketing campaigns. This position requires the formation of an integrated marketing plan aligned to deliver on our key Government business goals. The role includes hands-on execution with the day-to-day coordination and program management of all aspects of the initiatives and campaigns.

As a positive and passionate team player you will work closely with a cross-functional team to deliver aggressive pipeline generation and lead growth. You'll have excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with key sales stakeholders and present results.

Proven experience in programmatic demand generation through integrated campaigns is important as well as experience working in Government and collaborating with external agencies to effectively execute projects on time and on budget. Analytical capability is key for understanding and managing demand generation, forecasting, budgeting, lead flow, and the many moving parts involved in running an effective marketing machine.


  • Develop and deliver breakthrough messaging and innovative campaigns. This requires collaboration with sales leadership and marketing specialists to deliver content, programs and events in our French market to drive net new leads, contacts and net-new business via all relevant mediums and channels (e.g. webinars, 3rd party associations, digital, influencers, PR/media, social media, live events, sales programs etc).

  • Work with a fast-paced and growing sales team to support the execution of collaborative programs that help find new buyers and cross-sell into existing accounts. Publish and monitor frequent campaign scorecards to share results, learnings and best practices with key stakeholders; adjust the plans and priorities to stay focussed on pipe generation targets.

  • Lead development of the marketing plan for end-to-end marketing programs and strategy for your Public Sector sales team.  

  • The most important aspect of your job will be to lead the execution, launch and maintenance of marketing plan efforts - and you will have support and alignment with Industry Marketing, Sales and Marketing Leadership, and the Global Public Sector Field Marketing Team.

  • Effectively collaborate and manage agencies to help scale delivery and impact of programs across digital, creative and face-to-face events.

  • Coordinate enablement of sales development and sales programs/telemarketing resources working with Go-to-Market industry leads.

  • Improve and apply processes and best practices to ensure program success, making programs globally visible and available, measure outcomes and manage budgets to maximise impact.

Experience and Skills Required:

  • 3-5 years Public Sector marketing experience in a campaign manager or marketing manager capacity.

  • 5+ years experience managing and developing integrated marketing campaigns that drive demand, pipeline and revenue.

  • Be a highly professional team player with a positive, can-do attitude; must be very comfortable with continuously changing opportunities and priorities.

  • Proven track record of managing public sector marketing campaigns throughout the pipeline funnel across web, social, email, as well as in-person events and other activities, and experience of driving quantifiable ROI.

  • Strong communication and storytelling skills leveraging data analysis (with Powerpoint, Google docs,, and more)

  • Detail-oriented with strong project management skills.

  • Ability to lead and contribute to projects with confidence and rigour across cross functional teams, and to motivate shared service team members to support goals and outcomes.

  • French and English fluency - ability to write, localise, and edit in the language of the customer.
