About the Role
Identify trends and innovative new rewards to be included in loyalty campaigns across the region
Work with our regional sales team to develop a campaign that will exceed the expectations of our customers
Partner with licensing, sourcing and compliance teams to develop rewards that are suitable for mass production while meeting licensor requirements
Be a key contributor to the vision, strategy, plans, and roadmap for a rewards programs
Develop strategies and set priorities that drive deeper client engagement and client success stories
Partner with Product, Supply Chain and other cross functional teams to ensure ongoing development of rewards program strategy is aligned with the organisation’s vision for rewards
Develop strategic relationships with all key vendors who instrumental to our operations
University graduate or above in any discipline
A minimum of 5 years of solid experience of driving rewards development and marketing campaigns either in an agency setting or a consumer goods/ retail environment
A self-motivated team player, skilled networker
Strong negotiation skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Mature and passionate about work, possess a can-do attitude
Good mix of strategy and hands-on mentality
High level of commitment/motivation
Must possess confidence & diplomacy
Energetic and open with an honest straightforward style
Fluent in both English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Willing to travel
