Job Description

We are looking for an exceptional Marketing Manager to join our fast growing business. You will primarily be responsible for business to business / enterprise marketing. We are looking for someone who can write great marketing copy and is an expert in content marketing and social media marketing.

You will be responsible for generating and managing a database of prospects which you will nurture into sales leads by developing and executing end to end marketing campaigns including content development, email marketing webinars, landing pages, case studies, videos and white papers.

We’re looking for someone that loves writing great copy and is a copyhacker that is highly effective at selling prospects a better version of themselves.

Transactions we've facilitated include domain names (such as uber.com, snapchat.com, spacex.com, twitter.com, instagram.com, freelancer.com and gmail.com), motor vehicles (including classic cars, boats and aircraft), electronics, jewellery, and more.

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B or enterprise marketing
  • Create and manage a database of marketing prospects by identifying marketing targets
  • Create nurture campaigns using video content, EDMs, webinars, white papers and user case studies to score to generate marketing qualified leads
  • Create & optimize marketing campaigns (search, content etc.) and landing pages
  • Creating marketing materials such as white papers, case studies, webinars
  • Run social media engagement including across a number of Facebook groups
  • Optimise website for organic search to generate top-of-funnel traffic and capture leads
  • Engage with trade media to pitch guest articles, case studies and original research
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure lead quality and provide marketing support
    • Analysis and reporting on key metrics such as CTR, open rates, and deliverability for continual optimisation
    • Excellent short- and long-form copywriting skills are essential
    • Outstanding communication skills generally
    • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to earn trust and respect from sales management
    • Demonstrated ability to take initiative, lead by example, and achieve extraordinary results.
    • High energy, self-directed, team player
    • Detail oriented
    • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

  • Any of these skills are a plus but not mandatory:

    • Ability to write code
    • Create marketing videos
    • Experience in communications
