Possess bachelor's degree in Marketing, International Business, or equivalent.
Must have at least 4 years of experience in a consumer marketing role.
Good understanding of international curriculum and language education sales trends.
Competent in building and maintaining both internal and external stakeholder relationship leading to commercial opportunity.
Able to project a professional disposition and service oriented.
Confident to provide group presentation.
Good influencing skills and the ability to convince through personal credibility.
Ability to gain and assimilate product knowledge and attain a thorough knowledge of the marketplace.
Demonstrable evidence of goal/target-oriented, self-motivated, independent decision-making and team working.
Develop growth strategy, executive and optimization of all marketing initiatives in Singapore through strong analytical skills and properly managed timelines with the focus of maximizing speed and effectiveness of customer acquisition.
Plan, design and lead campaigns across all marketing channels including (but not limited to) digital marketing, community, events, email marketing, content, offline marketing across Singapore that educate potential customers, retain existing customers, drive customer value and enhance brand equity.
Plan and create social media content, campaigns and advertising strategies.
Design, develop customer activation and engagement campaigns (including influencer and ambassador).
Manage a budget, allocate a proper spending across all channels, continuously working on enhancing the ROI.
Build an events calendar.
