The Marketing Manager – Global Demand Generation, Automotive (m/f/x) is responsible for driving new demand and brand awareness in the automotive target audience. Their goal is to generate leads and pipeline through integrated marketing campaigns and programs, as well as retaining customers and growing business in the connected and automated driving space. The Marketing Manager – Global Demand Generation, Automotive oversees the full-funnel marketing approach and collaborates closely with other stakeholders to achieve shared goals.


  • Plan, develop and execute global demand generation campaigns for the market of Automated and Connected Driving.
  • Orchestrate multi-channel campaigns and programs, incl. paid media (paid social, paid search, content syndication, display ads, direct media partnerships, etc.), campaign landing pages, e-mail nurture flows, webinars, events and other online and offline tactics.
  • Develop co-marketing activities with industry partners (e.g. Tier 1 suppliers and System Vendors)
  • Measure, analyze, and report campaign performance against business goals. Use data insights to optimize campaigns on an ongoing basis.
  • Maintain the target account list for automotive as basis for campaign audience building and measuring of engagement KPIs with target accounts.
  • Develop a deep understanding of automotive customers, products and the buyer’s journey and be the expert and point of contact within Revenue Marketing.
  • Coordinate stakeholders and resources in a cross-functional, agile team setup, that increases productivity as well as effective and customer-centric campaign execution.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders from Product Marketing, Regional Marketing, Partner Marketing, Developer Marketing, Content Studio, Strategic Brand Marketing, Marketing Operations, Experience Marketing, Market Intelligence, Communications and Social Media to build cross-functional cohesion and launch impactful, integrated campaigns and programs.
  • Work closely with the telemarketing team to optimize the end-to-end lead management process.
  • Encourage and test innovative marketing approaches and “out-of-the-box” ideas.
  • Manage campaign budget and optimize marketing spend across channels and tactics

You have at least eight years marketing experience and ideally managed integrated marketing programs in a leading international B2B or B2C organization within the automotive industry or on the creative agency side. You gathered applied knowledge of the different types of marketing required to develop true 360 degree marketing campaigns (digital, social, direct, account-based, etc). You are a cross-team player with experience in collaborating with sales and/or product management organizations, and advertising agencies. Last but not least, you have highly effective communication and presentation skills and can work easily with all levels of the company.
