To succeed in the Marketing Manager job, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and cooperatively with teams, across borders and internal matrix. You will be responsible for managing the development and execution of comprehensive and effective marketing plans, programs, and budgets across Kaidee business segments, aligned with the regional segment strategy meet company's sales profit and top-line growth objectives and to optimize market opportunities across Thailand. You will lead and manage the new product launch process, clearly defining pre- and post-launch strategies and tactics and closely tracking launch executions on local and regional level.
Duties and responsibilities:
Collaborate with Sale & Marketing team on content creation and creative materials distribution.
Planning and overseeing projects to ensure we are completed in a timely and within budget.
Assist in developing and managing Lead generation Ad project.
Track conversion rates and identify improvements to the platform.
Measure and report performance of all campaigns and assess against goals.
Analyze trends and changes in digital media environment to improve all advertising campaign.
Look for new opportunities for digital marketing campaigns.
Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns.
Manage in-house production team to deliver the best content as required.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
Min. 4-5 years of digital marketing and online experience
Ability to develop well-written, well-researched copy for search-related online marketing activities
Good understanding in digital marketing concept, keen on social media, and passionate about technology and innovation
Familiarity with analyzing data
High energy, self-motivated, eager to work with fast-paced environment
Ability to work under pressure
Proactivity in daily tasks to excel in position
Ability to work independently as well as with a team
Strong written and verbal communication skills in Thai and English
