A Day in the Life: 

  • Build on messaging that sets us and our products apart from others in the market to give them a unique selling point. 
  • Plan, create content and execute 360° national and international marketing campaigns in close collaboration with our Content & Campaign Lead.  
  • Create content such as case studies, videos, website copy and blog posts as well as visuals for your campaigns. 
  • Research the competitive environment and gather market data for the business and use the results to come up with well-informed topics and themes for content creation. 
  • Collaboration in the strategic development and operational implementation of marketing strategies. 
  • Develop marketing plans including key activities and budgets to support the retention of existing customers and the acquisition of new customers. 
  • Obtain insights into customers’ usage of current products, untapped opportunities and buyer personas, through interviews, surveys, focus groups and sales data. 
  • Communicate the vision and value of new products or releases to the sales team and develop sales tools that facilitate the selling process. 
  • Develop ideas based on criteria in creative brief; present ideas with rationale to senior leadership. 
  • Assess the effectiveness of the marketing programs that support our products on an ongoing basis, and report back to the business on required changes. 

What You'll Need: 

  • Being in tune with technology, technological advancements, and current affairs and ensures that the whole marketing department is up to date for production of relevant and relatable content 
  • Very professional in use of MS Office, digital media, graphics and design programs (Adobe CC) as well as Content Management Systems 
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing projects preferably in agencies  
  • Experiences in the field of marketing of SaaS & PaaS products is a plus 
  • Planning and execution of stakeholder workshops (requirement analysis)  
  • Excellent sales orientation (sales structure, sales tools and instruments)
