The Role
Here at KIND, we are on the hunt for a thought leader to leverage data and resources and be part of the team that continues to bring KIND to life in Australia / NZ. As the Category & Customer Marketing Manager you will develop the overall category vision, building the best in class customer relationships and developing category growth insights. You will also be responsible for creating and executing customer activations for specific channels and customers that bring our brands to life instore and drives optimal physical availability promoting shopper conversion.
Working in a start up business like KIND, you will be challenged daily with having to adapt to changing demands, hence your ability to deal with ambiguity whilst collaborating and influencing internal stakeholders and external customers will be critical to your success.
