We have an exciting opportunity for the Partner Marketing Manager, Indonesia to join the organization. As the Partner Marketing Manager, Indonesia he/she will be managing all aspects of channel marketing (Planning, Execution and Measurement) for the HPE Hybrid IT and Pointnext business units in Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engagement

    • Build and maintain engagement with Country Managing Director and various senior stakeholders in the country. Be part of the Country Leadership Team.

    • Build solid marketing plan, share execution details with the Country Leadership Team and seek feedback to further improve the marketing execution

    • Drive alignment in the country for APAC-driven programs as far as execution is concerned

    • Build and maintain engagement with top channel partners (Distributor, Solution Providers and Service Providers) and provide the necessary support in terms of planning, execution & post-activity MDF claims

    • Plan and execute quarterly campaigns to generate opportunities and accelerate pipelines for Hybrid IT and Pointnext business in the country through multiple tactics including virtual events and telemarketing.

    • Drive high utilization of the marketing budgets and meet the quarterly target for both Marketing Generated Opportunities (MGO) and Marketing Generated Revenue (MGR)

  • Channel Marketing

    • Drive a “Digital First” motion and drive digital demand with strategic partners

    • Execute the global MDF strategy and marketing MDF program requirements

    • Promote & enhance HPE marketing Pro initiative and various digital enablement tools and resources available to partners

    • Enable partners with content, campaigns, learning opportunities and digital tools

    • Plan and execute co-marketing campaigns, lead MDF planning and drive Joint Marketing Plan (JMP) with top channel partners (Distributor, Solution Provider and Service Provider) and align planned activities with BU & Marketing Priorities & Global partner MDF requirements

    • Collaborate with in-country Marketing Services Agency (MSA) to plan & execute syndicated marketing programs with a digital first approach

    • Drive high utilization of MDF on half-yearly basis

    • Meet the quarterly target for both Marketing Generated Opportunities (MGO) and Marketing Generated Revenue (MGR)

    • Meet the Marketing vs Non-Marketing mix and Digital Mix

    • Execute a strategic activation plan to drive partner awareness and participation and accountable for marketing ROI derived from MDF investments

    • Lead strategic partner engagement initiatives Support E2E support for operational processes

    • Lead with Data, analytics & insights

Education and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor in Marketing/ Business or related field

  • Possess 6 of years marketing experience with a minimum of 3 years in Channel Marketing

  • Prior partner sales or channel experience in the IT Infrastructure industry will be a plus

Knowledge and Skills Required:

  • Good understanding of channel structures and channel sales dynamics

  • In-depth knowledge of marketing principles, practices, tactics and tools

  • Experience in developing and driving strong outcome oriented relationships with partners, especially utilizing MDF programs

  • Excellent written/oral communications and analytical skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to thrive in matrix environments and work effectively within virtual teams

  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills

  • Ability to interface effectively with different levels of management and functional stakeholders including Finance, procurement and related functions
