We are looking for an ambitious, versatile individual to join the marketing team in our fast-paced environment at F45’s headquarters in Paddington, Sydney. This multifaceted role requires various skills to develop and manage the marketing and social media packages utilised by F45’s Australian and New Zealand franchisees. Responsible for over 500 studios, this role will contribute to business growth through brand development and lead generation marketing campaign. The ideal candidate is an energetic, enthusiastic and patient individual with direct and relevant experience in fitness or health industry marketing, excellent written and verbal communication skills, problem-solving abilities and a willingness to master the F45 Training marketing system.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead the F45 Marketing Strategy for Australia, New Zealand and Asia.
  • Design and implement digital, social media and content marketing strategies to align with business goals.
  • Produce innovative recommendations spanning all digital channels: display, social, video, content and search.
  • Manage lead generation campaigns to grow the businesses of 500+ studios.
  • Deliver go-to-market recommendations for F45 Prodigy - manage brand marketing campaign to raise awareness and drive sales.
  • Write and maintain marketing guidelines and social media best practice documents to ensure brand consistency and compliance across the franchise network.
  • Create and manage social media and content calendars to build brand presence on social platforms.
  • Monitor social media accounts daily and ensure that the brand remains compliant in accordance with F45 standards.
  • Monitor the company's social media performance usage reports and tracking search engine results.
  • Direct the creative team to deliver marketing assets and materials for promotions, campaigns and templates.
  • Provide regular marketing performance reports to senior stakeholders and business directors.
  • Directly reporting into the CMO

Requirements

  • 5+ years working in digital and social media marketing and/or marketing comparable products.
  • Working understanding of SEO, Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, and Programmatic Advertising.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Google Analytics and Facebook Business Manager.
  • Cross-functional familiarity with experiential and influencer marketing to support digital campaigns.
  • Extremely detail-oriented, technologically savvy, and a team player.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, and independent, self-starter work ethic.
  • Digital Agency and/or marketing sales experience is a plus.
  • A comprehensive understanding of marketing using social media and how to use it to drive brand engagement and customer acquisition.
  • Ability to work under pressure and communicate clearly in a fast-paced environment.
  • A working knowledge of modern cloud-based software technologies (Dropbox, Gmail, GDocs, Freshdesk or other ticket-based CS platforms).
  • An interest and passion for the fitness industry is a bonus.
  • Ability to maintain the highest standards of confidentiality, and discretion.
