Job Description

The primary objective of the Field Marketing
Operations Coordinator position is to provide operational and administrative
support to the Field Marketing Team and assist the Field Marketing Operations Assistant
with development and implementation of relevant programs and projects within
the department.
+ High school diploma or equivalent
+ Committed to providing excellent customer service at all times
+ Be detailed, accurate and thorough
+ Possess a positive, can do attitude with the ability to self motivate
+ Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills, particularly Microsoft Excel and Access
+ Ability to work in a fast paced environment
+ Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively respond to questions from managers, co-workers and clients
+ Ability to meet time frames and performance standards
+ Ability to manage multiple tasks and be able to think laterally when problem solving
+ Good time management skills
+ Flexibility in working schedule- ability to work weekends, public holidays and evenings as required
