Designation: Marketing Program Manager
What you will be doing:
  • Overall Description
    • Create and manage integrated channel marketing campaigns and programs from start to finish by working with Fortune 1000 (technology, manufacturing and telecommunication) clients, their channel partners and internal project teams
  • Marketing Strategy & Tactics Development
    • Develop integrated marketing & sales tool kit for appropriate campaigns by working with clients’ marketing teams and adapt them for channel partners
  • Marketing Programs Performance Management
    • Manage and run inbound and outbound digital and analog campaigns to recruit, engage and enable channel partners to build presence and pipeline
    • Responsible for coordinating with regional customers for meeting service level agreement, resolving escalated concerns and needs
    • Identify program success criteria and use these to anchor program strategies and monitor program execution
    • Track campaign progress at every step and proactively work with internal and external customer to steer campaigns in the right direction to achieve targets
    • Establish and maintain processes to manage scope over the project lifecycle by managing the identification, resolution and escalation of project risks and issues hindering delivery of programs
  • Cross Functional Team Management
    • Coordinate with cross-functional team (design, database, operations, etc.) to ensure that all logistics are aligned for flawless execution is achieved while meeting the campaign timeline
    • Manage remote operation centers to provide integrated service delivery to world-class clients
  • Marketing Content Creation
    • Work with client to create appropriate presentations, videos, and other channel marketing and end user marketing assets that drive results
  • Performance Analytics & Client Reporting
    • Attend weekly calls with the client, send out daily and weekly activity reports and performance analytics to clients.
    • Acquire and evaluate all related data to manage program feedback and inquiries
About your experience:
  • Experience in managing Business to Business/ Business to Customer marketing programs
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills in English
  • Knowledge and experience in Telemarketing (Preferred)
  • Facilitate and manage teamwork across departmental functions
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and intermediate computer Skills
  • Highly organized and strongly self-motivated
  • Ability to multi-task activities with shifting priorities
  • Strong decision-making, problem resolution and creative thinking skills
  • 5 -7 years’ experience preferred.
  • About Your Experience:
    • Business to Customer and Business to Business marketing program management experience
    • 5-7 years of digital marketing knowledge and experience required
    • College degree required

    • Time and project management skills
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook and advanced computer skills
    • Highly organized and strongly self-motivated with the ability to multi-task activities

    • Excellent verbal and communication skills in English
    • 4 -7 years’ experience preferred.
