The Red Hat Marketing team is looking for a Customer Lifecycle Marketing Program Specialist to join us in Buenos Aires, Argentina. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, and implementing our integrated customer marketing campaigns across the Latin America (LATAM) region, in order to create a positive customer experience. As a Customer Lifecycle Marketing Program Specialist, you’ll plan and fulfill campaigns that nurture customers throughout the post-sale journey and increase engagement, loyalty, advocacy, and growth within existing local accounts. You’ll work with Customer Lifecycle Marketing, Customer Success, Renewals, Marketing, and Account teams to develop marketing plans to support the attainment of adoption, retention, and up-sell or cross-sell objectives. You’ll aim to deliver maximum impact through a combination of tailored global and LATAM market–specific activities.



  • Work with the Customer Lifecycle Marketing, Services Marketing, Market Development, Customer Success, and Renewals teams to create local customer marketing plan that support agreed-upon targets for adoption, retention, and growth

  • Use customer account, engagement, and propensity data to create targeted segments and develop effective marketing strategies and plans for local customer base

  • Customize, translate, and deliver global Customer Lifecycle Marketing programs for local deployment including email nurture campaigns, events, social media, and other digital marketing tactics

  • Understand local requirements (e.g. content, programs) and articulate them to the Customer Lifecycle Marketing team for ongoing enhancement of global programs

  • Coordinate activities with local external partners that influence the existing customer base

  • Manage local customer interaction, including customer communities, events, customer advisory boards, user groups, and executive roundtables; play a key role in governing the proactive customer contact process to prevent disjointed, overlapping, or conflicting communications to the customer base

  • Customize marketing campaigns to support targeted cross-sell and upsell opportunities in partnership with Global and Regional Demand Centers and Field Marketing teams; track lead follow up

  • Orchestrate and lead ongoing check-ins with Field Marketing teams to ensure alignment; collect feedback on upcoming account requirements and modifications

  • Oversee local elements of the customer database and the key roles within them, including augmenting and expanding contact and account data

  • Measure the impact of local customer marketing activities on adoption, retention, and growth; communicate these impacts to key stakeholders



  • BS or MS degree in marketing or a related field

  • Proven working experience in field marketing or customer facing activities with 7+ years of experience, within an international technical environment in a similar role

  • Excellent project management and planning skills

  • Excellent communication skills; effective presentation of information and solid communication skills for responding to and coordinating with senior stakeholders as necessary

  • Proven knowledge of marketing automation tools and solid knowledge of database analysis and management tools

  • Extremely well organized and detail oriented

  • Ability to manage time and juggle multiple priorities to deliver high quality deliverables

  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

  • Willingness to travel and ability to work on your own

  • Fluency in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus

  • Experience in marketing B2B technology products or services is a plus
