Position summary:
Provide sales and marketing support for HK Implants team, in close coordination with East Asia
marketing team and in line with the franchise strategy and the growth objectives.
To provide levels of service and professionalism consist with the company’s standard and to achieve
short/long-term sustainable growth.
Build and execute of the marketing events such as promotional action plan, schedule timeline and
execute to achieve responsible sales revenue etc.
Essential duties & responsibilities: (detailed description)
Marketing & Event Management
Assist to develop the marketing strategies including new product launch, big picture marketing,
annual marketing and 5 yrs. Marketing strategy etc.
Lead the event management activities for the Marketing function, including new product launch,
sales/dealer training, customer survey and develop /monitor KPI.
Manage all aspects of logistics work for marketing events including payment approval process.
Keep track of event finances including check requests, invoicing, and reporting in coordination with
local finance
QMS management of Marketing related activities
Sales Support
Equipment and Instruments Management (Budget Allocation, CER, Acquisition & Deletion Plan)
Manage local KOL & dealers to facilitate local/oversea events including speaker engagement
Budget management: NA, CER and samples, etc.
Attend and scrub in for surgery, back up case when needed (ad-hoc basis)
Set up the training plans for internal & external customers and share with MKT & Sales.
Initial compliance review regarding MKT & sales activities and provide needs assessment for HCP
related activities according to the internal guideline & KMDIA recommendation.
Education & special trainings:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field.
Qualifications & experience:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field.
Min. 5 years related experience or equivalent. (Healthcare or medical industry experience is
preferred)
Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills in English
Able to work cooperatively with others, internally and externally with good interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to plan and organize projects / events and ability to work under tight deadlines
and in a rapidly changing regulatory and business environment
Self-motivated and commitment to excellence and high standards.
