This role will provide direct support to the AMEA Marketing team, the AMEA business managers and importer/dealer network regarding product marketing on the assigned portfolio


• Work closely with the AMEA Product Marketing Segment leaders to develop the 2nd line range required to maximize revenue & profit opportunities during the lifecycle of the products.
• Coordinate his product plan with the NEXPRO Product Development teams located in Europe, NAFTA and LATAM to maximize the cross-regional synergies and the product offering in AMEA region.
• Work closely with the AMEA Pricing manager & the regional business managers to define target pricing and cost, to ensure that the products are correctly priced and aligned with the competition and versus the OES line.
• Constantly monitor the vehicle park, understand the sales dynamics, to define the expect 2nd line volumes that Purchasing can use to identify the best sourcing opportunities.
• Regularly monitor the all makes competitor’s catalogues and keep surveying Supplier’s product offering in the various markets to propose additional opportunities to the Product Segment leaders.
• Define project management process and develop tracking tools to monitor the introduction of the new commodities into the 2nd line range.
• Collaborate with Quality dept. to follow-up the most adequate engineering approval process to limit quality risks, to maximize the product rationalization, and to ensure the highest quality perception of the 2nd line.
• Collaborate with Material Management team to create pn’s, maintain catalogues updated and maximize the 2nd line Parts visibility in all systems and dealer portal.
• Create monthly/quarterly/yearly reports about the 2nd line product portfolio under his/her responsibility and create comparative statistical methods for all AMEA sub-regions
• Collaborate with Communication in creating of marketing bulletins, PINL’s, product presentations, competitive comparisons, brochures and other support documents for all AMEA markets.
• Develop internal communication tools to explain the technical and economical positioning of the 2nd line product vs the OES parts, and introduce specific Sales training sessions for the regional business managers.
• Use her/his analytical skills to develop a 2nd line global database that can track and record all market requests, supplier’s cross-references, competitor catalogues, current product offering and new project introduction


• Degree in Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
• Large scale product marketing past experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
• Good customer service skills
• High level of flexibility (International travel, season peaks, broad time zones, …)
• Demonstrate analytical skills
• Perfect IT skills, familiar with Microsoft applications, and database.
• Be a good team player and problem solver
