Job Description

The main responsibility of the Content Marketing Specialist is to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) towards growing and activating user traffic on our digital media properties. In order to do so, you will research, plan and execute content strategies on MIMS web/mobile platforms, i.e.:

  • Planning/writing/editing articles tailored for an audience of healthcare professionals
  • Source & manage in-house and crowdsourced contributors by commissioning, checking and approving content briefs and submissions as required.
  • Conduct final editing of crowdsourced contributors’ content and provide feedback to contributors on adhering to MIMS’ content practices
  • Work with designers to produce creative, compelling and interactive digital content assets such as infographics and multimedia slideshows.
  • Plan and execute content SEO strategy
  • Produce daily eDMs
  • Post web content and social media updates
  • Track, monitor and report all news content marketing performances
  • Source & secure relevant external party media partnerships to augment the news content strategy
  • Content planning and execution with a focus on driving website traffic and audience engagement
  • Plan and arrange doctors’ columns/interviews/surveys and other content.

Requirements

  • A star player with a proven record of outstanding performance in your work experience
  • Prior working experience as a Writer or Editor is required
  • Excellent content planning, writing and editing skills; with proven experience in writing
  • Has experience conducting and creating feature content reports based on interviews
  • Basic SEO knowledge
  • Strong logical and hypothesis-driven thinking ability
  • Highly developed organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a demanding and varied workload.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (PPT, Excel, Word),
  • Strong interpersonal skills, effective communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships
  • Strong language proficiency (written and spoken) in Cantonese and English
  • Work experience in Web/IT/Media (print and/or digital) industry or Healthcare industry
