We’re looking for a talented Lead Media Planner. You will lead a high performing team of Account Managers, Offline Campaign Managers and Scheduling Support to deliver all Brazil and Chile end-to-end media campaigns. You will need to ensure that campaigns will be delivered on time and error free!

As Media is very quick evolving environment, you will need to identify and bring innovative solutions in order to leverage personalized customer communications of both Online and Offline solutions through different Media Platforms, always focusing on the customer experience to increase engagement and key performance metrics. Your technical and market knowledge will also be key to lead all the aspects of dh relationship with clients, partners, third parties and global teams to ensure products and services are fit-for-purpose. Internally you will need to work closely with different teams as Design, Sales, Engineering, and Global Product Teams to build and deliver relevant products to the market that are globally scalable and aligned.

Last but not least, understanding commercials and costs (BoC) will be essential for you to ensure business profitability.  



What we expect from you
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Communications, Marketing or related field
  • Fluent English, Portuguese and Spanish
  • Experience with Strategic Media Planning and Brand Marketing
  • Knowledge of Consumer Promotions
  • Excellent Knowledge of Media Channels & Digital Communications
  • Strong Stakeholder management and Project Management skills
  • Strong evidence of key negotiation
