You will be part of Media Commercial & Planning Team to lead our group of Media Planner for media plan and client engagement to grow dunnhumby media business in a sustainable way. You will report to Head of Media Commercial & Planning.

What you'll be doing:

·         You will deliver revenue target through insight-led media planning, initiatives, well understanding, and relationship management with Brand & Media Agencies to win their heart and mind, trust, and finally seize media revenue for dunnhumby.

·         You will lead team to develop and manage the client’s media plans to meet the client and dunnhumby’s strategic agenda and goals.

·         You will conduct Annual Media Planning with key clients that contribute 80% of media revenue to dunnhumby by working collaboratively with Solutions to deep understanding of clients’ business performance and be able to excite them on how our media products would help them improve performance or seize market opportunities

·         You will use SHOP platform, and work with Solution to develop visual presentation and interpret basic to complex customer data to share insights and strategic recommendations to support media pitching to existing and new potential clients

·         You and team will ask the right question and seek to understand client demand. You will provide in-depth information on dunnhumby media; who we are / what we do / our portfolio / standard rate card / etc.

·         You will define and engage with prospects in both CPG’s and Non-CPG’s market

·         You will initiate media package that fit for many types of clients and stake holders including Media agency and Tesco

·         You will track team monthly revenue to update your manager and initiate plan to maximize revenue, or sometimes close the gap presented to your Manager

·         You will be an expert on end to end process to help business run smoother and evolve in sustainable way

·         You will work closely with Campaign Execution, and Operations team to ensure media campaign live on time without flaws that lead to compensations

·         You will contribute in New Media Type to excite market.

·         You will manage relationship top down and bottom up with Tesco stakeholders including Buyers and Marketing team.

·         You will manage relationships with client’s relevant contacts across key business units (such as client teams, Brand, Shopper /Trade Marketing, Store Activations, Procurement).

·         Strive to enhance the customer experience to increase engagement and key performance metrics.

·         Actively demonstrate dunnhumby values and behaviours.

 

Qualifications

 

What you'll need:

·         Bachelor degree or equivalent (A plus if you also have Master’s degree or equivalent)

·         Sales experience with revenue target (A plus if you also have media sales experience)

·         Best in interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills

·         Strong logical thinking, multi-tasks and problem solving skills

·         Detail oriented with well performance management and tracking

·         Team management experience

·         Work well with others (internal and external parties)

·         Basic to complex data interpretation and be able to develop visual aid such as graph, chart and tabulations

·         Good command in English; speaking, writing, and listening

·         Open minded to business requirement and change management
