GroupM is the world’s largest media investment company and are a part of WPP. In fact, we are responsible for one in every three ads you see globally. We are currently looking for a   Performance Media Specialist   to join us.

In this role, you will be a consultant to our key clients on building their business in the complex market across multiple  platforms.

Reporting of the role

This role reports to:  Performance Director

Measures of success –

In three months:

  • Gotten an understanding of the agency portfolio of clients.

In six months:

  • Started to build relationships with the key decision makers within the client and agency organizations

In 12 months:

  • Been able to independently propose overall strategy to meet clients’ requirements

Responsibilities of the role:

  • Customize  marketing strategy for client across  platform
  • Bridge to integrate client’s  strategy into their marketing portfolios that enable the clients to expand their business online  to run impactful campaigns with trackable performance
  • Analyse competitor’s market strategy, promotion and operation according to market trend and data to optimize the campaign.
  • Coordinate and manage vendors

What you will need:

  • At least 1 -2 years’ experience in Digital marketing or performance operation or Ads Optimization 
  • Good communication and team management skills
  • Professional English presentation and proposal writing is a plus
