MediaCom is an agency of GroupM, the world’s largest media investment company and are a part of WPP. In fact, we are responsible for one in every three ads you see globally.
We are currently looking for a Digital Executive to join us. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that you are using data, technology and tools to deliver best in class media strategies.

Reporting of the role

In this role, your goals will be –
In three months:

  • Understand and adhere to process
  • Demonstrate speed, accuracy, and flexibility

  • Demonstrate a sound understanding of our clients and their needs

  • You will have pro-actively challenged briefs and processes to constantly evolve
  • Have developed media strategies that are successful against client’s challenges
  • Have consistently delivered strong and accurate campaign performance against client KPIs
  • Educate the broader team and clients on the latest media developments


What your day job looks like at MediaCom:
People

  • Have meetings with your team to get across key priorities for the day and week ahead, using workflow tools to keep you on track
  • Take part in a brainstorm with a media partners or unlock an exciting opportunity with an external partner to work on shaping a unique response to brief
  • Assist manager with team progression meetings and ensures team sends training follow up highlight emails as well as attending the required training sessions
  • Work closely with you Co-ord to manage their workload and ensure they are on track
  • Play a key role in the planning and buying process and take work to deliver best in class media plans
  • Work with your manager to review publisher brief responses and work on refining and negotiating to get to the optimum solution
  • Demonstrate your ongoing use & knowledge of all MediaCom tools

Client

  • Access your reporting dashboard to review and deliver best in class insights to clients, that demonstrate your ability to deliver against briefed objectives
  • Ensure all relevant Media KPI data is pulling into your client dashboard to enable your team to deliver the best insights
  • Meet with media partners, tech partners, auditors amongst others to keep abreast of the latest opportunities for your clients

Commercial

  • Take ownership of any invoice queries ensure they are resolved or managed delivering an ongoing best in class approach to finance management
  • Reconcile a completed campaign to ensure all value has been delivered and client KPIs met.
  • Have a high level understanding of the different products and offerings across the MediaCom business

Minimum qualifications:

  • At least 2 years’ experience within a digital agency, publisher or client side
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office in particular Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience in Sizmek, Google Marketing Platform and Facebook Business Manager is highly desirable
