Our Member Services and Applications Teams are the front lines when it comes to customer service at GoGet. A strong team of Member Services Representatives are offering support to our members 7 days a week, 365 days a year via phone, email and online chat. In addition to this, the role consists of administrative tasks that are designed to prevent members from experiencing issues when they arrive at the vehicle they have booked.



We are currently seeking multiple Customer Service Superstars to join our inbound Member Services Team.  Ideally, we are looking for someone who can get started right away!



What will you be doing?



Providing our members with a professional service in a clear, accurate, and timely manner over the phone and online.

Solving problems quickly and under pressure

Explaining our carshare service to potential new members

Responding to multiple email enquiries from existing and potential customers in a professional manner

Responding to complaints, resolving customer issues and finding solutions to customer problems in a timely manner

Ensuring all paperwork is completed and information is entered and stored appropriately on our systems

Making decisions in relation to what action to take regarding customer requests, issues or complaints



Essential skills to do the job are:



At least 1 years experience in Customer Service (Contact Centre preferred, but not essential)

Basic office suite skills (word, excel and email)

Excellent telephone and email communication skills

Strong organisation skills

Proactive problem solver with the ability to recognise and solve issues before they happen

Proven multi-tasking skills 

A willingness and capacity to learn new systems and processes.

Within the Member Services team, you will get regular feedback on your performance and have a dedicated Team Leader who will provide coaching in the role. Member Services hold monthly training sessions to ensure that every member of the team has the tools they need to provide the exceptional service to our members.

Salary is $20.41 per Hour + Weekend Penalties (Time x 1.5 Saturdays, x 2 Sundays)
